As a member of the International Strategic Transformation team, you will have a dynamic role that involves executing the team's strategy and focusing on key priorities. What you'll do at UiPath

Act as a strategic advisor to the Area VP Strategic Transformation in the international market, ensuring successful achievement of goals and effective communication of priorities. Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications. Improve internal business operations. Collaborate with internal team members to prepare briefing materials for leaders. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the International AVP for Strategic Transformation Collaborate with the executive team to meet departmental objectives. Represent the Strategic Transformation team in cross-departmental matters, including Sales, Presales, Finance, Channel & Alliances, PS and People Operations.

What you'll bring to the team

3+ years' experience in management consulting, program and project management, corporate strategy, or similar; as well as extensive exposure to Go-To-Market teams Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity Demonstrated ability in working with global teams across multiple time zones Excellent communicator both verbally and written; demonstrates the ability to communicate to broad audiences The ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a wide audience, particularly audiences unfamiliar with the nuances of the Strategic Transformation team Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset and strategic/critical thinking skills Very organized and delightful attention to detail High sense of urgency and can prioritize workload to deliver quality and timely work No task is too small; is a team player who is a natural collaborator
