Job Summary:

Paesano Pizza are seeking a reliable and motivated

Transit Van Driver

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting prepared food and ingredients from our central location to various restaurant locations. You'll play a critical part in maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring our food reaches its destination fresh and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload food orders and supplies Ensure timely deliveries to restaurant locations according to set schedules Verify delivery contents and obtain required signatures Follow food safety and handling guidelines Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of delivery vehicle Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and restaurant managers Assist with basic inventory tracking or delivery logs as needed

Requirements:

Over 25 years old with valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in a fast-paced environment Punctuality and reliability Familiarity with basic food safety standards Availability to work 8am-2pm over 5 days a week, weekend availability a must.
