We're now looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to support our logistics operations by managing transportation documentation, coordinating with carriers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the efficiency of our transport processes

Manage fleet defects Manage the trailer/vehicle pool for the site Arranging for vehicle/trailer maintenance Dealing with driver compliance via tachomaster Support the fleet FLM, Fleet Manager and Transport Manager Dealing with vendors that come on site Communicating effectively with various parts of the business, including with the customer

Excellent organisational skills Must have experience in fleet management/transport operations Knowledge of working time legislation Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
