Location:

SuperBike Factory, Macclesfield

Contract:

Full-Time (9-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, any 5 days from 7)

As a Transport Administrator, you'll be a key player behind the scenes--keeping our deliveries on track, supporting our drivers, and ensuring every customer experience runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing



Communicating with Passion:

Confirm delivery and collection times with customers, handle transport enquiries, and provide friendly, helpful updates.

Problem-Solving with Innovation:

Spot and resolve issues before they escalate, improving the way we manage bookings, data, and communication.

Owning the Detail:

Process customer payments securely, manage driver records, and keep schedules and systems updated to the minute.

Working with Team Spirit:

Coordinate closely with drivers, planners, and the wider logistics team to keep operations running smoothly.

Learning Every Day:

Support new driver onboarding, engage in ongoing training, and share your knowledge to help us raise the bar.

What We're Looking For



Must-Haves:



Experience in an admin or customer service role, ideally in transport or logistics Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office A clear communicator who's organised, accurate, and thrives in a busy environment

Nice-to-Haves:





Knowledge of payment systems like NuaPay Logistics or transport experience (but if not, we'll bring you up to speed!)
