Transport Administrator
to join the team in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.
About the Role
Joining the National Road Planing team, you will report to the Transport Manager and operate as part of our national plant & transport department and to ensure the administrative elements of the department are processed in accordance with the Tarmac's policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful
Transport Administrator
will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Assisting with organising MOT's, servicing and inspections for our fleet of vehicles
Ensuring driver inductions, license checks, training records and vehicle compliance are up to date and in accordance with company and legal requirements
Managing vehicle insurance, tax, toll charge systems and the processing and day to day management of PCN's, fuel cards and driver contraventions
Maintaining and reconciling fuel supplies internal and external
Ensuring department compliance with the purchase ordering and goods received process to ensure accurate cost and utilisation data is being managed
Assisting with maintaining the companies FORS accreditation to silver standard
Working on the production of internal and external reports and close
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is Computer literate with Microsoft and Excel, can demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator with good administrative and organisational skills.
