Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to play a key role in a fast-paced logistics operation? Ziegler UK is looking for a proactive Transport Administrator to support our busy transport team at London Gateway.

What You'll Do:
As a Transport Administrator, you will:
Provide administrative support for daily transport operations
Coordinate driver schedules, route plans, and vehicle allocations
Maintain accurate records on driver hours, tachographs, and compliance documents
Process delivery paperwork including PODs, manifests, and booking confirmations
Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve delivery queries
Monitor vehicle tracking systems and update transport systems accordingly
Assist in preparing transport reports and performance KPIs
Support incident reporting and general administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with legal, company, and H&S standards
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Windows, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Team player with a professional and proactive approach
Desirable:
Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role
Understanding of driver hours and transport regulations
Full UK driving licence
