Job Summary


We are looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join our busy Fleet Department. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the day-to-day management of our vehicles, plant and equipment. It's perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Keep vehicle, driver and hire records up to date (MOT, servicing, insurance, compliance) Maintain accurate documentation for compliance with legal, safety and company requirements. Support the preparation of reports and analysis on fleet usage, costs and performance. Process hire and off-hire requests for plant, tools and vehicles. Liaise with suppliers, drivers and managers to coordinate fleet needs. Handle general enquiries relation to fleet operations in a timely and professional manner.
As a rapidly growing business, no two days are ever the same so what you do will vary. The nature of our business and the pace we move at also means that priorities do change, and you will need to be comfortable with this.

Experience



Prior experience in fleet, transport, logistics is desirable but not essential. Excellent organisation and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. Strong communication skills.
