Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to be a highly organised and flexible individual. It would be useful to hold an element of supervisory qualities with the ability to delegate and be able to respond to ad-hoc situations that may arise, requiring problem solving skills (i.e. when there is a breakdown, staff fail to show in, etc.) and reorganise as required, meaning that you will need a calm but urgent persona. Working within a male dominant environment, the candidate may need to be able to adapt accordingly and manage varying personalities.

Preferably the successful candidate would hold a PCV license, CPC & CRB. However this is not essential. Hours of work will be required to be adapted to. Seasonal work will require the candidate to start earlier than normal Monday and Friday but of course you will be paid hourly to reflect an accurate and fair salary. some weekend work as required is likely to be required within this role. It may be negotiable to allow 1 day off Tues-Thurs if required to compensate. Excellent basic computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft products is essential. Maintain equal relationship with workforce.

Main duties include:-

Plan and schedule workload, plan and prioritise vehicle cleaning and general preparation such as refuelling, ad-blue and general preparation. Distribute daily workload , prepare job sheets and maps where required (to assist driver's with their journey), organise preparation of coaches for the forthcoming days. Receipt payments and maintain various paperwork as required. Confident and courteous telephone manner when dealing with customers, suppliers, etc.

Any other additional duties reasonably required to include the likes of pricing jobs, updating 2rd party portals, ordering cleaning stocks, fuel, etc.

The candidate will be trained in all duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,200.00-46,500.00 per year
