Job Summary

Are you a customer focused individual with a passion for managing accounts and customer service? M&H Logistics is seeking a customer focused individual to join our CS team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys building relationships and understanding customer needs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Working between multiple systems and pallet networks including Palletfoce & HazChem. You will gain industry knowledge and customer service expertise while contributing to the efficiency of our logistics customer service. This is a highly varied role, requiring flexibility, problem-solving, and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- To deal with customer queries in a polite and effective manner
- Engage and build a rapport with customers, ensuring a consistent positive message, dealing with queries in a polite and effective manner by phone and email
- Manage customer accounts through pallet-networks
- Customs & Documentation: Assist with customs procedures and ensure all transport documentation is accurate.
- Problem-Solving: Take ownership of challenges, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions.
- Check all returns and collections are made
- Leadership qualities that enable you to guide and support team members as needed.

Experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment with demanding KPIs.
- Numerate with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service within logistics
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 28,115.40 per year
