About the Role:

As a Transport Clerk at Cindel Logistics, you'll be the engine behind our day-to-day transportation operations. You'll work at the heart of our logistics network, liaising with clients, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time, and compliant service delivery. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule transport services, plan delivery routes, and allocate driver duties Process and manage client orders with accurate dispatch documentation Monitor vehicle and driver movement to ensure timely deliveries Maintain detailed records of driver hours and mileage Assist with budgeting, raising purchase orders, and invoice processing Help maintain and continuously improve transport admin systems and processes

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven organizational and time-management skills Clear and professional communication, with strong coordination abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/transport management software Knowledge of UK transport compliance and regulations Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Problem-solving mindset and solid understanding of UK geography
