We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Clerk to join our Logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your logistics knowledge and play a key role in keeping our stock and warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is a shift based role, Monday - Friday, 0600-1400 / 1400 - 2200.

Main areas of responsibility:

Support existing processes within the current Supply Chain systems. Prepare and check all inbound and outbound paperwork. Monitor stock returns and pallet configurations on site. Timely booking in all work orders and stock updates. Ensure all stock counts are reconciled in a timely manner. Co-ordinate all waste removal from site. Control and allocation of all booking slots for goods in/out. Liaise with customers to ensure timely collection of goods. Maintain the Stocktake programme. Correct storage and accuracy of product. Operate a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and use barcode scanning tools. Maintain H&S requirements across the business.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment (preferred). Strong numeracy and attention to detail. Confident in using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Works with energy, accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility. A team player who actively supports colleagues. Flexible and positive approach to change. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
