We're now looking for a Transport Compliance Manager to ensure our transport operations meet all legal, regulatory, and company standards, driving best practices in safety, efficiency, and compliance across the network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee compliance with all transport legislation, including driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and tachograph regulations Develop and implement robust compliance processes and audits Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams on transport compliance matters Monitor and report on compliance performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions Support training and development initiatives to embed a culture of compliance

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Proven experience in transport compliance within a logistics or supply chain environment Strong knowledge of UK and EU transport legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights Hold a CPC qualification (National or International)
