In this role, you will take full accountability for transport sites within your area and play a pivotal role in the operational success of your transport network. You will manage change and drive performance to ensure we meet our high standards of service and efficiency.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Take full ownership and leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation. You will lead a large-scale transport operation within the Drinks Logistics Industry. You will have full responsibility for the legislative and compliance elements of the operation. Customer Facing Driving Continuous improvement agenda

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Previous experience of leading a large-scale Transport Operation is essential; within the Drinks Logistics Industry is desired

working with Trade Union's experience

5+ years General Management or equivalent leadership experience

Staffordshire based, or based within a reasonable commutable distance from the site as on-site daily presence is required.

Customer facing experience is desired.
