Job Overview
We are a Transport Company based in Dover seeking an International CPC Licence holder to be the nominated transport Manager on our Standard International O Licence of 60 vehicles and 60 trailers.
The key responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of our Operator Licence Dealing with legal compliance, tachograph rules and drivers' infringements Taking appropriate action against any infringements Ensuring transport operations meet all relevant transport and health and safety legislation Ensuring all aspects of fleet maintenance and scheduling are being met by working closely with our onsite workshop Previous experience in Transport Management and a working knowledge of driver regulations essential Experience in compliance management essential with excellent organisational skills a must. A proactive, flexible approach required. A mechanical / engineering background would be preferred but not essential. An HGV licence would be preferred but not essential. Salary is dependent on experience
Must live within a practical daily commute of Dover.
