This position is based at Greenway Environmental's Hinckley site and will work across all Greenway sites. The role will oversee logistics of Greenway Environmental Ltd vehicle movements across 3 locations, relief class 1 or 2 driving during periods of holiday or illness, CPC management of O-licenses.

With a dedicated Total Waste Management and Industrial Services division, alongside our key account managers, Greenway can ensure you receive the most efficient customer-focused service in the industry.
Duties/responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Ensuring full compliance with site permits, HSE requirements, and insurance requirements
CPC Management of Greenway Environmental Ltd O-Licenses, including upkeep and Traffic Commissioner communication, relevant qualification is essential
Maximisation of group transport capacity by planning fleet requirements, staffing requirements, and training to Senior Management
Full HSE awareness across all site operations, and promotion of excellent Health and Safety culture
Organisation of periodic maintenance such as PMI, ADR certification, MOT etc, of Company's HGVs
Providing relief driving during periods of absence
Routing of all vehicles from artic tankers, rigid curtain siders, and curtain-sided vehicles
Complete, print and distribute all driver's paperwork for the following working day, ensuring this is compliant and accurate from technical information provided
Ensure all drivers complete daily defect reports, and these are actioned in a timely fashion with priority given to safety critical faults
Analysis of driving hours, working hours and overtime for all drivers to ensure efficiency is maximised.
General requirements:
Good understanding of ADR requirements
DGSA qualification advantageous but not essential.
