We are a growing and fast-paced transport company based in Upminster, Essex, providing reliable and efficient logistics services across the UK. Due to expansion, we are seeking a motivated and organised Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations and lead our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the office
Provide support to the transport and logistics team
Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers
Handle administrative duties including scheduling, compliance, and reporting
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration or management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in the transport or logistics industry is preferred but not essential
