Key Responsibilities:
Allocate jobs and routes to drivers in line with schedules and priorities
Support drivers throughout the day with queries, delays, or route changes
Respond promptly to customer calls and provide updates as needed
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and service delivery
Update systems and records accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor progress of collections and deliveries and proactively resolve issues
Support the wider transport team as needed
Requirements
? Geographical knowledge
? Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment (preferred)
? Strong communication and customer service skills
? Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
? Must be IT literate
? Reliable, organized, and a team player
