About the Role
Response-able Solutions are looking for a motivated and organised
Planner / Transport Planner
to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping our planning team coordinate over 100 trade plate drivers and 3 transporters, ensuring all jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently and effectively.This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company and help develop the transport department into its own standalone entity.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning team in scheduling daily workloads for drivers. Plan and allocate work for 3 transporters in the most efficient way possible. Liaise with different teams across the business regarding jobs, work dates, and progress. Source and allocate jobs from various platforms for both driven and transported vehicle movements. Assist in problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident using and navigating computer systems. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to build a career in transport and logistics.
