Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business, in a fast past and lively operations role. Supporting our transport operation and delivery drivers this role be based in our Luton depot and cover the afternoon and early evening. This role would be ideal for someone who can multitask and remain calm through peaks and troughs of a busy transport environment. You will be dealing with drivers and customer, supporting deliveries and dealing with issues as they arise.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor and support drivers on route to ensure all deliveries are completed and ETAs always met and ensure Igloo compliance Respond to breakdowns and coordinate responses Check drivers PODS to ensure they have been completed to customer requirements. Support debriefer in completing debrief checks Ensure all product returns are recorded and customers informed Sending out customer paperwork as required Checking off collections against bookings and updating ETA's Check vehicle temperature records Responding to and providing effective communications via team's chat, emails and phones Any other duties as requested by management

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Capable of working independently and using initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Computer literate with experience in data entry and reporting. Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or fleet management role is desirable. A standard DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process
