Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced
Transport Supervisor
to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our transport activities, with a particular focus on tanker operations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. Manage driver schedules, routing, and dispatching. Ensure all vehicles are maintained in line with safety and compliance standards. Monitor and report on transport KPIs. Liaise with clients and internal departments to maintain high service levels. Support in managing driver performance and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:
Standard CPC qualification
-Essential
Experience in tanker operations
ADR (
Chemicals)-Advantageous
, though not essentialClass 1 (Category CE) driving license
- Strongly advisable Proven experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role Good working knowledge of transport legislation and compliance Strong communication and leadership skills IT literacy and familiarity with transport management systems?
