Nustone is looking for an experienced and versatile Transport Coordinator to join our team at Colchester.

This role involves coordinating container imports, fleet and haulage bookings, and daily pallet deliveries. Ideal for someone with a strong logistics background who is also open to supporting basic admin, HR, or local delivery work depending on skills and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Book container shipments and liaise with international suppliers Coordinate fleet movements and haulage with our pallet network Schedule daily pallet deliveries and collections Maintain accurate transport and delivery records Communicate with hauliers, warehouse, and operations teams

Plus one of the following (based on your experience):

Assist with basic HR/admin tasks such as timesheets, driver files, and compliance but not limited to

OR

Carry out local van/HIAB deliveries using company vehicles (must hold value UK driving licences)

What We're Looking For:

Experience in transport or logistics coordination (pallets/haulage/fleet) Understanding of import processes and container logistics CPC qualification (Driver or Transport Manager) preferred Excellent communication and planning skills Comfortable with spreadsheets and scheduling software UK driving licence (required if doing deliveries)
