The Role

We are seeking a

Travel & Logistics Coordinator

to support the mobilisation and accommodation of our European workforce. You'll manage travel bookings, housing arrangements, and day-to-day logistics for operatives working across multiple countries.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, balancing multiple tasks while ensuring our people are supported on site and on the move.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for site operatives across Ireland and Europe. Source, negotiate, and manage rental agreements with landlords and suppliers. Book flights, track mobilisations/demobilisations, and maintain accurate movement logs. Liaise daily with landlords, operatives, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues. Oversee credit card expenditure, payment approvals, and expense reporting. Maintain trackers for accommodation, vehicles, and spend data. Support weekend mobilisation on a rota basis. Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within Centum's internal systems and app.
About You

Proven experience as a

Logistics Coordinator

,

Travel Coordinator

, or similar role. Strong understanding of logistics and travel coordination principles. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Competent in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 tools.
