Job Description
Coach, motivate, and evaluate team performance based on KPIs. Collaborate with the Counter Manager to identify and address training needs. Develop and maintain in-store education plans for advisors. Coach new Consultants and review their progress. Follow up on classroom and virtual training initiatives, including eLearning content. Facilitate core education programs and identify local education opportunities. Conduct training for promotions, events, and high-traffic moments. Support and organize in-person seminars and maintain training trackers. Mentor teams to meet sales objectives and host on-counter workshops. Provide ongoing coaching, including social media engagement, and track event sales performance. Characteristics of a successful candidate are: Experience in delivering impactful in-store and digital education programs with consistent follow-up. Exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and virtually. Results-driven and action-oriented approach. Mature business acumen with strong analytical and commercial skills.
