We are expanding our team and are looking for a Treasury Accountant to join our Finance team supporting the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist and oversee daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting
Improvements in the cash flow management process developing robust processes for forecasting and daily monitoring of the cash position of the group
Lead the analysis of cash flow trends and prepare detailed liquidity forecasts to inform strategic decisions
Monitor and analyse cash positions, liquidity forecasts, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal cash management
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making on investments, debt management, and risk mitigation
Assist in financing activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and interest rate risk management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize treasury operations and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analyses
Help maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits
Contribute to the development of process improvements within treasury operations
Skills and Experience:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong analytical ability and forecasting skills with good attention to detail
Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and driving financial performance
Ability to influence and drive strategic decisions
Confident at challenging decisions at a senior management level
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Team player with a collaborative approach to work
High level of integrity and ethical standards
