Leading treasury operations and supporting VP Treasury with funding and projects.




This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week from our London office


Key Responsibilities

Summary of Role


As a Senior Treasury Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day treasury operations while supporting the VP of Group Treasury on debt financing, funding initiatives, and transformational projects. You'll play a key role in managing liquidity, cash forecasting, risk, and implementing new technology solutions to strengthen the treasury function.


What I Will Be Doing


You'll manage cash repatriations, counterparty exposures, and cash investments, while supporting strategic funding, debt financing, and bank relationships. You'll lead treasury projects to improve processes, controls, and costs, including cash flow forecasting, FX risk management, banking structures, and system implementations. You'll deliver accurate and insightful treasury reporting, support corporate activities like M&A, and represent treasury in key committees and projects. You'll manage a team of three, deputise for the VP Treasury, and help build scalable, efficient, and compliant treasury operations across the group.


What We Are Looking For


We're looking for a qualified treasury professional with over 10 years of corporate treasury experience, including leadership at Director or Deputy Group Treasurer level. You'll have strong operational expertise in liquidity management, banking structures, FX risk, and debt markets, including public bonds and RCF financing. You should be analytical, commercially minded, results-driven, and experienced in process improvement and treasury systems.


Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work internationally with diverse teams. A bachelor's or master's degree with accountancy and treasury qualifications is preferred. Experience managing teams and leading transformational treasury projects is a must.
