We're searching for a UK-based Treasury Director to join our Finance Team, so that we can strengthen our global treasury operations and support strategic financial growth. The Director of Treasury will lead all aspects of global treasury management to ensure liquidity, optimise capital structures, and support the financial health of the organisation.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Managing global cash flow and liquidity to support operational and strategic needs Developing treasury governance frameworks in order to ensure compliance and control Leading relationships with banking partners and external advisors to optimise financial partnerships Overseeing intercompany loan structures and external debt to maintain financial efficiency Supporting M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration to drive growth

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

10+ years of experience in a corporate treasury function within international environments Proven success in cash flow forecasting, capital structure management, and treasury operations In-depth knowledge of treasury audit processes, governance frameworks, and financial systems Ability to commute to our UK office locations 2 days a week Sincere interest in supporting healthcare transformation through financial excellence * A knack for working collaboratively across finance, operations, and executive teams
