We have an exciting opportunity for a Treatment Co-ordinator to join our friendly private practice in Luton. It's in a great location close to junction 10 M1 and we have free on-site parking for our staff.

Our team includes 7 dentists, a treatment coordinator and 2 hygienist. They are supported by our experienced and friendly nurses and receptionists.

We have a very loyal and motivated patient base of both Practice Plan and private patients.

Our clinic times are 8.30am till 6.00pm.(Monday-Friday)

Vogue Dental Care is a premier provider in adult private Orthodontics and Cosmetic dentistry and is a top Apex Elite level Invisalign supplier in the UK. We are offering a dynamic role of a Treatment-Coordinator.

Full training for the role can be provided. A background in sales would be advantageous.

Treatment Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact between the dental team and patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their treatment journey. Building and maintaining fantastic relationships with patients by offering personalised care. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the patient journey from start to end. Utilise your skills as a Treatment Coordinator to effectively communicate treatment plans, financial information, and appointment scheduling to patients and team. Proficiently use scanners (training will be provided) to scan patients, ensuring accurate digital records for treatment planning purposes. Responsible for smile checks, consultations as well as offering and discussing different treatment options with patients while always prioritising their needs. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing related content is highly desirable.
