Thornley Park Dental (previously Wood and Associates Dental Care) has one of the most well-established reputations in the local area. Due to increased patient demand, we are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven Dental Treatment Coordinator to support our growing team.

We are a 4-surgery practice located in the heart of the Dane Bank, Denton community. Our fully refurbished practice offers a modern, welcoming environment where patient care is at the centre of everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing warm, informative consultations for new and existing patients Taking clinical photographs and digital scans (e.g. iTero) to support treatment planning Presenting and explaining treatment plans and finance options clearly and confidently Following up with patients to support their decision-making and encourage case acceptance Building trust and rapport to ensure patients feel heard, supported, and confident Managing and planning your own schedule and workload independently Coordinating appointments and liaising with the clinical and front desk teams Supporting patient journey tracking, feedback, and engagement Social media - be involved in the practice's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook etc.). ??Develop and schedule engaging content, including patient testimonials, before-and-after photos (with consent), and educational posts. ??Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally. ??Support digital campaigns to promote special offers, new services, or community involvement. Assisting with open days, smile makeovers, and practice promotions
Your Requirements and Attributes

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly and approachable, with a genuine passion for patient care Highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently Experienced in a dental or healthcare setting (dental nurse background is a bonus) Competent in or willing to learn how to take photographs and intraoral scans Confident in discussing treatment options and financial plans Patient-focused, with strong communication and empathy skills Tech-savvy, comfortable using dental software and video platforms
