Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule patient treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and financial obligations Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or dental industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite Strong Organisational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment
