At Smile Up Dental that's the very essence of what we do and as the senior member of the front of house team, your part in shaping the patient experience is critical. Whether you are taking an initial new enquiry, supporting a nervous patient, discussing treatment plans including their cost and finance options or co-ordinating a complex treatment requiring the input of multiple members of our clinical team, you will be "on it"!

The Treatment Coordinator role is a key player in shaping the business in this process.

This isn't

Qualifications, skills & experience



With a proven track record of success in a senior customer services role, you will be no stranger to change and challenging the status quo. Your passion for constantly evolving the customer experience will be demonstrated by examples where you have learned from making changes.

Of graduate calibre, your passion, energy and drive will be balanced with the savvy to bring others along with you.

Dental sector experience and knowledge whilst desirable is not essential.
