Our Treatment Receptionists assist with the smooth day to day running of the treatment department with your focus being to provide outstanding customer care. You will provide daily support to the Spa Therapists, Retail Specialists and Management Team by managing the days bookings, alongside actioning administration tasks.
You will work every other weekend on a two-week rolling rota which will include morning, afternoon and evening shifts. We require the applicant to be flexible with additional hours when required by the business.

What you'll do:
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Provide a professional and friendly service to all customers. Strong communication skills are essential in this role to ensure that bookings and queries are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
Ensure that all clients are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously.
First response to daily issues, customer queries and complaints.
Effective scheduling of treatments to maximise treatment availability and upsell treatments, workshops, and products where possible.
Complete the necessary administrational work such as treatment and room moves.
