Job Summary

We are seeking a trainee Tree surgeon/groundsman to join our dedicated team. We would like She or he to have a strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to manage tree care and maintenance tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform tree pruning, felling, and maintenance if trained on using hand tools and has qualifications for tree surgerh Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery all training will be provided Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Working in a team Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tree surgery or a related field, with a strong understanding of horticulture. Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating various tools and machinery. Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation to job sites.
