About the role





We're looking for a sharp, curious, and hands-on Technical Business Analyst to help us build great experiences across our cards and payments ecosystem. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions for all TSYS-related deliverables -- translating big ideas into robust, quality solutions.



This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves asking "why," and gets a kick out of making things work better.


What

you'll

do




Work with stakeholders across product, tech, and ops to turn requirements into solutions using TSYS systems and ancillary products. Break down complex problems into clear user stories, process flows, and documentation. Partner with developers to bring solutions to life -- from ideation to deployment. Help improve how we manage requirements, testing, and product delivery across teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning. Assist with the creation and build of BAU TSYS configurations.



What

You Bring




A vast experience of TSYS (Prime or TS2) platforms -- especially around card processing, file formats, or integrations - or similar payment systems. Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in fintech, payments, banking, or a fast-paced Tech environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -- you're comfortable working with data, logic, and systems. You know how to write user stories, map out workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Great communicator -- you can work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and business users. Self-starter with a curious mindset -- you love learning, questioning, and improving how things are done.



Nice to Ha

ve




Hands-on with SQL or familiar with analysing large datasets. Exposure to compliance, fraud, collections, or loyalty systems in the card/payments space. Experience developing Excel VBA Macro, or knowledge of any coding languages (Python, html, xml, Json). * Agile/Lean experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
