- Deliver high-quality English and Maths intervention sessions to GCSE level students
- Assess student learning needs and develop appropriate teaching strategies
- Provide individualised support to students to improve their understanding and grades
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure student success
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialist knowledge of English and Maths curriculum up to GCSE level
- Experience in delivering intervention or one-to-one tutoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of different learning styles
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Proficient in using educational technology
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Part-time hours, flexible schedule
- Working in learners homes or local libraries.
- Open to travel to different locations in and surrounding Coggeshall
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
