About the Role



Are you a digital marketing professional with a passion for sharing your expertise? We are looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable

Digital Marketing Tutor

to teach and mentor adult learners on our fully funded Skills Bootcamps and Level 3 Courses. In this role, you will deliver our comprehensive Digital Marketing programme, empowering learners with the practical skills needed to launch meaningful careers in a fast-growing industry.

This is a hybrid role, with the potential for occasional travel for face-to-face sessions in a local centre.

Key Responsibilities



? Deliver high-quality, engaging online sessions on key digital marketing topics, including SEO, content marketing, social media management, and Google Analytics.

? Adapt teaching materials and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of adult learners and ensure their successful progression.

? Conduct initial skills assessments to create and manage personalised learning plans (ILPs) with clear, achievable targets.

? Monitor learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback on assignments to guide their development and build confidence.

? Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date learner records in our CRM system, ensuring full adherence to GDPR and funding requirements.

? Uphold and embed best practices in safeguarding, prevention, and health and safety throughout the entire learning journey.

? Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum to ensure our qualifications remain relevant and aligned with industry demands.

Skills and Qualifications



Essential:



? A relevant Level 3 or above Digital Marketing qualification.

? Proven industry experience in a digital marketing role.

? Demonstrable expertise across a range of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, content, and social media.

? Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

? The ability to plan and deliver interactive and engaging online training sessions that inspire adult learners.

? Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to learner success and empowerment.

? A thorough understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity principles in an educational setting.

Desirable:



? A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Level 3 AET, PTLLS, DTLLS, or PGCE).

? Experience delivering qualifications or training specifically related to digital marketing.

? An Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, A1).

? Experience working with government-funded adult learning programmes like Skills Bootcamps.

? Familiarity with using a CRM system to manage learner records.
