About Us:

At High Impact Academic Coaching, we specialise in providing targeted academic support to students who thrive with a more personalised, flexible approach. Working primarily with students who face barriers to mainstream education, our tutoring focuses not only on core subjects, but also on building confidence, engagement, and long-term success.

We're currently expanding our team in the

Fareham area

and are looking for experienced, passionate tutors in

Maths, English, and Science

who want to make a real difference.

The Role:

As a self-employed tutor, you will:

Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition sessions, usually in-person, in the Fareham area Support students across KS2 to KS4 (primarily secondary level) Tailor sessions to individual learning needs and styles Submit brief session feedback and track student progress Maintain clear, professional communication with High Impact Academic Coaching's coordination team

We're Looking For:

Qualified teachers or experienced tutors with a strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science Individuals with a calm, patient, and supportive approach Confident, self-motivated professionals who can work independently A genuine passion for helping young people succeed Clear enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

You Will Need:

Access to your own transport (sessions are delivered face-to-face in the community or in homes) Flexibility during school hours or after school (we work with your availability) To be registered as self-employed (you'll invoice monthly for hours worked)
