Ali's Academy, West London's largest and most trusted supplementary education provider, is currently seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced tutors to join our team.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

Have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. Possess a strong academic background and previous experience working with children. Are confident in delivering engaging, structured lessons to small groups of students. Can adapt their teaching style to support various age groups and academic levels, including 11+, SATs, GCSE, and A-Level. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Your Role as a Tutor

As part of the team at Ali's Academy, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering interactive and well-planned lessons to small groups of students at our purpose-built centre. Using modern teaching technology and tools to enhance the learning experience. Following established weekly planners and curriculum guidelines. Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to the management team. Maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment. Logging session notes and feedback through our dedicated online system after each session. Committing to regular shifts based on your availability.

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
