This role is for a Personal Trainer Tutor. Therefore there are some essential qualifications that candidates must hold to obtain the role. There are some desired qualifications, however if you do not hold these we can support you to obtaining them

Essential Qualifications & Desired Qualifiations

Level 3 Personal Training Diploma Qualification is essential. Experience teaching and Tutor / Assessor Qualifications is essential Additional CPD qualifications are desired./

This role is Hybrid/Remote.

You will plan lessons to deliver face to face fitness education tutoring to both full-time and part-time students in London/UK from THE FITNESS GROUP. You will plan lessons to meet lesson and qualification outcomes. You will have experience teaching to groups and you can demonstrate knowledge and practical delivery of different engaging and inclusive teaching styles. You will have experience assessing individuals and groups. The role will accurate administration and assessment of learner coursework The role will involve course administration on the computer using excel and company CRM systems. Not all teaching and assessing will be face to face, you will be responsible for marking online students coursework and providing feedback to learners. A high level of professional organisation skills and planning is required to keep pace with a very busy and rewarding role. Tutoring will be delivered in accordance with The Fitness Group policies and in line with Awarding Body Policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills

The candidate should be comfortable delivering discussion & learning sessions to groups The candidate should be competent with computer software such as Excel, word, email inbox management, email calendars and CRM systems. 150 Plus On Target Bonus Per Month in Addition to Base Salary Statutory Annual Leave Statutory Pension Scheme
