Tutor Of English
Job Description
A tutor required to teach English to Primary and Secondary School students. Full knowledge of the GCSE (Grade 9 to 1) National Curriculum is desirable. Some teaching experience is essential.
Ideal for candidates who could start immediately.
Very good results at GCSE and A' Levels are also essential.
This position is initially for a Wednesday evening 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm with a possible extension to a maximum of 6 hours as follows:
Saturday mornings - 2 hrs (9.00 am to 11. am)
Wednesdays and Fridays - 2 hours (6.00 pm to 8.00 pm)
The successful candidate will require a very strong English background, preferably with a degree in English , Maths or Science or studying for one. Candidates must be able to take up all the stated hours.
A Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS check) will be required for the successful candidate, the cost of which will be met by the candidate.
Please note that this is a long term opportunity.
