Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong desire to educate and inspire students. This role involves providing personalised tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of each student, fostering a supportive learning environment, and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects as required. Develop customised lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of each student. Communicate effectively with students to assess their understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with parents and educators to track student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary. Support students with special educational needs by employing appropriate strategies and resources. Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and confidence in students.

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly. Familiarity with special education practices is an advantage. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
