Job Description

Are you passionate about education and making a meaningful difference in a young person's life?

We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic

face-to-face tutors

to support learners across all subjects and key stages (KS1 to KS5). Whether your background is in Maths, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, or the Arts - we want to hear from you!

You will be working both in the young person's family home and out in the wider community. This is a one-to-one role, supporting learners to access engaging educational activities, build confidence, and work towards personal and academic goals.

You will be an integral part of a

multidisciplinary team

, delivering tailored provision in line with the young person's EHCP. Strong communication, adaptability, and a person-centred approach are essential.

Working hours:



Daytime only, between hours of 9am to 3pm.

*Those who can only offer some hours SHOULD still apply.

Your responsibilities will be:



Developing and teaching bespoke educational packages based on the curiculum, in-line with the needs outlined in the student's EHCP. Writing records following tutoring sessions in relation to the student's performance to sustain their continued development.

The successful candidate will have:

At least 2 years teaching experience Enjoy inspiring students and seeing progress in their results Strong experience of working with neurodivergent children Must have experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:



A BSc/BA minimum in your chosen teaching subject(s) Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Desirable to have safeguarding training at Level 1 minimum Desirable to have an Enhanced DBS checked on The Update Service

Pay: 30.00-40.00 per hour
