We are seeking a highly motivated Tyre Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth sale processes and providing customer service.
WEEKLY HOURS AVAILABLE - 30 HRS - 43.5 HRS
MONDAY- FRIDAY 08:30 - 17:15
SATURDAY 08:30 - 12:00
Duties
Assist in the preparation of sales and creating invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Maintain and update vehicle records, ensuring all information is current and correctly entered.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including planning breakdowns, booking in service work & carrying out order numbers.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and any issues that may arise.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a tyre environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tyre sales/fitting processes is advantageous but not essential.
