Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This role involves performing tyre installations, repairs, and maintenance while providing excellent customer service. The Tire Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Perform tyre installations, repairs, and replacements on various vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to identify wear, damage, or other issues. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for tyre maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist customers with tyre selection and provide recommendations based on their needs. Handle heavy lifting of tyres and equipment as required. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimise risks in the workplace.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
