We are looking for a creative, energetic, and relatable
UGC Creator
to produce high-quality, engaging video content for our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts). The ideal candidate understands the "lo-fi" aesthetic that performs well in paid social and organic feeds, and can balance authenticity with a strong marketing hook.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production:
Shoot and edit high-quality vertical videos (9:16) including unboxings, tutorials, testimonials, and "day-in-the-life" style content.
Creative Strategy:
Conceptualise hooks and transitions that stop the scroll and keep viewers engaged.
Scripting:
Collaborate with our marketing team to refine scripts or take a brief and turn it into a natural-sounding monologue.
Trend Spotting:
Stay ahead of TikTok/Reel trends, sounds, and editing styles to keep our brand relevant.
Product Demo:
Showcase product features and benefits in a way that feels organic and non-salesy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Social Native:
Deep understanding of the TikTok and Instagram ecosystem.
Technical Savvy:
Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and mobile cinematography (lighting, clear audio, framing).
On-Camera Presence:
Comfortable speaking to the camera with a clear, engaging, and authentic voice.
Reliability:
Ability to meet deadlines and follow brand guidelines while maintaining your unique creative "spark."
Equipment:
Must have a high-quality smartphone camera and a clean, well-lit space for filming.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience creating UGC for [Insert Your Industry, e.g., Skincare, SaaS, Home Decor].
Basic understanding of direct-response marketing (hooks, bodies, and CTAs).
A portfolio or "Creator Kit" showcasing previous work and engagement metrics.
