UK Customer Service Support
team member to join us.
The Role
As part of our Sales and Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers -- ensuring enquiries, orders, and account management are handled quickly, accurately, and with the highest standard of service.You will:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and enquiries with a helpful and professional approach
Process customer orders accurately and on time
Support account managers with updates, reports, and customer onboarding
Manage returns, credits, and special orders fairly and efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions
Provide proactive support and advice to customers regarding deliveries, rebookings, and product queries
Report daily sales, returns, and discrepancies, ensuring accurate data and fair resolutions
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Previous experience in a customer service, order processing, or sales support role (desirable but not essential)
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive team attitude
