We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Responsibilities
Accept and process customer orders in ERP system.
Respond to customer enquiries / complaints via telephone and email promptly.
Investigate and process customer return requests in timely manner.
Liaise with freight companies / third party logistics company to ensure delivery and to resolve issues.
Support and work with Sales Managers.
Work with Managers in ensuring accurate customer pricing.
Greeting visiting professionals.
Flexibility of work, undertaking any other duties when required to do so.
Requirements
Experience of working in an office and data input essential.
Previous experience in Customer Service desirable.
Computer literate using Microsoft applications and ERP systems.
Well organised with a structured approach to work.
Good communication skills.
Excellent team player.
