Who we're looking for:

We are now looking for an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Global IT team, the role will be based at our UK Head Office.
The IT Risk and Compliance Analyst will support the compliance and security of Multiplex's IT systems by helping assess IT risks, maintain controls, and ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations such as SOX, ISO 27001 and GDPR. The role involves assisting with IT audits, gathering evidence, monitoring control effectiveness, and contributing to improvements across access management, change processes and data protection. You will help complete risk assessments, review third-party vendor security, and support IT General Controls testing for financial reporting. Working closely with IT teams, leadership and external auditors, you'll build strong relationships, contribute to security awareness across the business, and help ensure our systems remain secure, resilient and compliant with industry standards.
The role will suit someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, along with experience supporting audits, compliance assessments and reporting. You will need to be confident in identifying risks and vulnerabilities in IT systems, reviewing third-party security information such as SOC reports, and managing multiple tasks with accuracy. You will work well both independently and collaboratively, and stay proactive in keeping your knowledge up to date as security threats, technologies and best practices evolve.

Essential qualifications include:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Information Technology / Cybersecurity) or equivalent experience Certifications (e.g. CISA, SOC related certifications or training, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP)
