The opportunity has arisen for this vacancy within the Neighbourhood Delivery Administration team. You will provide a high-quality front-line service focusing on basic clerical duties and responding to service requests from internal and external customers. You will assist in managing multiple mailboxes and make calls back as and when required to close enquiries directly from residents and from other departments.
You will be required to successfully manage and produce information onto spreadsheets for internal performance use and external audits. You will work with colleagues across the administration team and within Neighbourhood Delivery and Services to ensure we offer an exceptional service to our residents. The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers is required as well as tact, empathy and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to achieve defined performance targets.
