We are seeking an experienced
Unit Manager
to lead both the General Nursing and Dementia Nursing units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background indementia care
, including supporting residents with complex needs.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across General Nursing and Dementia Nursing units. Lead and support nursing staff, promoting a positive and professional environment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to all residents. Maintain accurate records and compliance with care standards and policies. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and management to optimize resident wellbeing.
Requirements:
Preferably an RGN with active NMC registration. Previous experience in General Nursing and Dementia Nursing. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices in dementia care.
