Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Unit Manager

to oversee both General Nursing and Dementia Nursing units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care, including supporting residents with complex needs.

36 hours per week, Day Shifts (8am-8pm)

20.36 per hour, with an enhanced overtime rate of 28.36 per hour

Qualification:

Preferably RGN

Experience:

Previous experience in General Nursing and Dementia Nursing required

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the nursing units Ensure high-quality care for all residents, including those with complex dementia needs Support and supervise nursing staff Maintain compliance with care standards and regulations
